Sunny Sethi

Sandeep “Sunny” Sethi was born into the hospitality industry. From an early age, he learned the basics of operations from his family’s business - Jackies International. Mr. Sethi held multiple roles in Jackie’s various divisions (restaurant, hotel & retail) and honed his skills over the first 18 years of his career. In 2010, Mr. Sethi transitioned to the Construction & Development side of his family’s business which he ultimately acquired and has been operating since 2012. Mr. Sethi is a graduate of Millsaps College and regularly participates in continued education at UPenn Wharton & Emory. Through his experience and local relationships, Mr. Sethi has accomplished well over $1B of development in Mississippi & Alabama with over 30% IRR for 10 consecutive years from 2012-2022.
