Bellamare (“Bellamare,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website at www.bellamaredevelopment.com and the related properties of our operating companies and strategic capital partner. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this site, you consent to the practices described below.
Information you provide. When you contact us, request data-room access, apply for an internship, or submit any form on the site, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company or institution, professional title or role, the type of inquiry you are making, and the contents of your message. For data-room and investor inquiries, we may also ask you to confirm your investor status. For internship applications completed through Google Forms, the application provider collects the information you submit and shares it with us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard log information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the referring URL, and the date and time of access. We use this information to operate and improve the site, to detect abuse, and to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
Cookies and analytics. We may use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser and remember basic preferences. We use Vercel Analytics and may use additional privacy-preserving analytics tools that report aggregate, non-identifying usage data. Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate the site and respond to inquiries, including our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), our transactional email provider (Resend), our database and storage provider (Supabase), our application-form provider (Google Forms), and our virtual data-room provider (DocSend). These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Within the Bellamare family.Information you submit may be shared among Bellamare Development, Bellamare Property Solutions, Certified Construction, Marée Creative, and Blackline Capital for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing the materials or information you have requested.
Legal and protective. We may share information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bellamare, our affiliates, or the public.
Business transfers. If Bellamare or any of its affiliates undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
Information submitted in connection with investor inquiries or data-room access requests is treated as confidential and shared only with the Bellamare and Blackline Capital personnel responsible for reviewing and responding to such requests, and with the secure data-room provider used to deliver approved materials. Access to confidential investment materials is reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis; submitting a request does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or binding commitment by either party.
Our High School Internship program is open to rising juniors and seniors, some of whom may be under 18. Applications for minors should be completed with a parent or legal guardian’s knowledge. We collect only the information needed to evaluate the application and contact the candidate; we do not use that information for marketing. Parents or guardians may request access to or deletion of an applicant’s information by contacting intern@bellamaredevelopment.com.

We retain inquiry, applicant, and visitor information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations. Inquiry submissions are generally retained for up to three years from last contact unless a longer retention is required.
