Paul Prechter

As Principal of Development & Construction, Paul oversees all construction and vertical execution initiatives. He brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development throughout the Southeastern United States. As founder and president of Bayern Construction LLC, he built a multi-state firm recognized for its lean operating structure and technology-driven approach to cost, quality, and delivery. Paul holds an Economics degree from the University of Michigan and is a LEED AP professional.
