Paul Prechter

Principal – Development & Construction

As Principal of Development & Construction, Paul oversees all construction and vertical execution initiatives. Paul brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction throughout the Southeastern United States. As the Founder and President of Bayern Construction LLC, he built a multi-state firm recognized for its lean operating structure, deep understanding of client financial models, and technology-driven approach to cost, quality, and delivery. In parallel, Paul most recently served as a principal developer with Campion Development LLC, leading site acquisition, financial analysis, and ground-up development across multiple multifamily and commercial asset classes.

Throughout his career, Paul has been involved in more than $1 billion in development projects across multiple states. His leadership is defined by disciplined pre-construction processes, strong underwriting capabilities, and a proven ability to execute complex projects efficiently and at scale.

Paul is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds commercial building licenses across Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Nebraska. He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and resides in New Orleans with his family.
