The Project

A 58-acre master-planned arts, entertainment and lifestyle district on Galleria Parkway in Madison, Mississippi.

Phase 1 delivers 117,442 square feet across five buildings on 24 acres, anchored by Spinners, a 110,000-square-foot family entertainment destination on an adjacent parcel. The district brings together dining, creative arts, health and wellness, and retail under one walkable address.

Madison households out-earn the national median by roughly fifty percent. The experiential retail, dining and family entertainment to match has not existed here. That spending has been leaving for Ridgeland, Jackson and out of market. The Gallery is built to keep it home.

Offshore Montauk is a boutique luxury waterfront asset in Montauk, New York, comprising a recently renovated resort hotel, Este — a layered restaurant and events venue with rooftop dining, full bar program, and private event capabilities — and a for-sale residential condominium program. Bellamare is engaged as sponsor-operator partner, overseeing the asset's first full operating season in one of the most supply-constrained coastal hospitality markets on the East Coast.

The Project

Ridgewood Court is a 272,000+ SF retail center in Jackson, Mississippi — an established community anchor being thoughtfully revitalized to serve the people who already call this area home. The goal isn't just leasing space. It's curating a destination where shopping, dining, entertainment, and everyday services come together in one place. With 20 flexible suites ranging from 896 to 50,000+ square feet, the center accommodates national brands, regional operators, and local businesses side by side. Several tenants are already running — and the leasing pipeline is active.
