Since 2015, she has served as an office manager for outpatient counseling services in the Jackson, Mississippi area, where she developed deep expertise in insurance claims, account reconciliation, network credentialing, billing, and scheduling. Her hands-on experience in the behavioral health sector has also allowed her to support numerous therapists in launching and managing their own outpatient practices.
